1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing vegasops.com or purchasing any service from VegasOps, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
2. Services
VegasOps provides digital marketing services including SEO, PPC management, social media marketing, web design, and related consulting to local businesses primarily in Las Vegas and Henderson, Nevada. Service scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in your service agreement or purchase confirmation.
3. Payments & Refunds
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Monthly retainer services are billed in advance. One-time project fees are due as outlined in your proposal. Refunds are not provided for work already completed. If you have a billing concern, contact us within 7 days of your charge.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate business information needed to perform services
- Grant necessary access to platforms (Google Ads, Meta, website, etc.) in a timely manner
- Respond to communications within a reasonable timeframe
- Not use our services for unlawful purposes
5. Results Disclaimer
SEO and digital marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including algorithm changes, competition, and market conditions. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes. We will always act in your best interest and communicate transparently.
6. Intellectual Property
Content we create for you (copy, designs, campaigns) becomes your property upon full payment. Our proprietary processes, templates, and systems remain the property of VegasOps.
7. Limitation of Liability
VegasOps is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 30 days prior to the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate monthly services with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for non-payment or breach of these terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Disputes will be resolved in Clark County, Nevada.
